DMM Digital Marketing Manager

The Role

In this position you will be responsible for amplifying the voice of the DMM Content Creators, Pro Athletes and Ambassadors across all of our digital networks and platforms. Our ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes data and can analyse trends, emerging consumers, and markets and can also create, deliver and rollout successful digital marketing campaigns.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a Digital Marketing Strategy aligning to the Global Marketing and Sales plan.
  • Develop, plan, and manage our social media platforms.
  • Data analysis of current and future target markets to help channel marketing efforts through Google Analytics, Facebook Insight, Ads.
  • Produce written digital content.
  • Excellent SEO and SEM skills.
  • CRM skills, excellent knowledge of database and customer data management.
  • Development and growth of subscribers across all platforms, newsletters, emails, YouTube.
  • Digital customer service.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting digital marketing.

Essential to your success in the role will be the ability to demonstrate:

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years' experience in a senior digital marketing role.
  • Excellent knowledge of up-to-date digital marketing techniques.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Can work in a cross-functional team easily with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Be open to change and continual improvement.
  • Experience of working in a B2B and B2C environment.

Knowledge and experience in one or more of our target markets would be desirable.

Longer term we see this role being based at the heart of DMM at our factory and offices in Llanberis, North Wales. However, with the world as it is right now, we are open to remote working for the immediate future.

Hours

37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some travel should be expected. There will be a requirement to work occasional weekends.

CNC Operator, nightshift 10pm to 6am

Produces machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machines; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Key Tasks

  • Operate Vertical and Horizontal CNC machines, including CNC Palletech loader.
  • To use precision instruments i.e., micrometres, Vernier Callipers and a range of Gauges i.e., Slips, Plug and Thread gauges.
  • Complete all documentation on time.
  • To carry out basic Maintenance and Housekeeping duties.
  • To carry out inspection checks on produced batches. (i.e. check operators work)

Candidates must be:

  • Methodical and meticulous in approach.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Practical problem solving.
  • An effective communicator and a good team player.
  • Conscientious and has a self-disciplined approach.
  • Motivated and flexible in their approach.
  • Excellent time management and multi- tasking skills.
  • Capable of producing high quality written material by hand and using computers.
  • Computer literate.
  • Engineering related qualifications (desirable but not essential)

Training and Development

On the job training from the Line Manager, covering company products, procedures, correct use of Machinery and Health and Safety.

HOURS

37.5 hrs. per week, Sunday 10pm to Friday 6am, starting rate living wage plus night shift pay.
