This section applies to return of unwanted goods purchased through our web portal. For warranty returns please visit this page.

If you change your mind or want to return the product you can return the goods within 30 days of receipt to the address below:

You can use the returns portal or you can write a covering letter clearly stating the web order reference, product code and quantity of the goods returned and your contact details. 

You don’t need to contact us to let us know you’re sending goods back. 

Each returned product must be in as new condition with original packaging attached.

The safety of our customers is our highest priority

DMM can only accept the return of safety critical climbing and PPE equipment in the condition as it was shipped by us: Unused, with its packaging and labelling intact. 

DMM will examine all retuned products and will not accept the return if the item or its packaging shows any signs of use, damage or contamination.

You will need to return the package to us at your own expense. Please ensure that it is securely packaged, and we recommend you use a tracked service as we will not be responsible for loss or damaged goods during transit. 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receipt of goods back at DMM.

The original postage fee will not be refunded.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item as detailed above and reorder on the web portal.

You will be emailed when the order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order prior to us shipping, please email and state your order reference number.
