Great bag - one little problem

I've been using this bag for a few months now and it's great. Very comfortable for day-to-day use or on a hiking trip. Separate compartment lets me keep things apart if needed, such as harness and crampons. Had it 90% filled, took a flight with Easyjet and it fit in the measuring box thing no problem. Would highly recommend.

Only one little problem. The waist strap passed buckled together as normal, the two strands passed through the locks at the hips, but the ends beyond that were not sewn into a loop or anything. When not tensioned, the straps were not held in place securely. As a result I was walking and one of the straps just fell off and I didn't notice, hence I lost it. The other strap fell off as well later on that walk but I luckily noticed that one. However, now I can't use the waist strap.

If you buy one, I would recommend sewing the ends of the two waist straps into something more secure.

Amazing bag otherwise.

Brilliant bag

I love this backpack. There is loads of room inside, plus a laptop pocket, a little valuables pocket with a key hook, sturdy rucksack straps and handles on the side for hand carrying. I bought it for climbing but it has been upgraded to my work overnight bag, as the fact it opens out like a suitcase makes it perfect for this. Now I need to buy another climbing bag lol.

More space than I expected

Very roomy backpack and fits loads in it. Only a couple of issues for me- the waist straps have a tendency to fall off and get lost and the laptop compartment could do with zipping open a bit bigger as my laptop (15.6") doesn't quite fit through the opening. Otherwise it's a sturdy design and my go to bag for most places.

Perfect for all climbing types!

This is an amazing all rounder backpack for climbers. Great for commuters who pop into the indoor wall after work (laptop pouch!), but equally good for a lightweight pack for sport climbing or chill trad day! I clip my helmet on the outside loop so I fit my 60m rope in the bag, but it’s flexible design means you can pack the bag however suits you. 100% recommend!

Good, just one issue.

This is a handy little bag for sport climbing.

The only gripe is the hinge design: The back of the backpack goes directly on the floor - This isn't a problem if you use it at the wall, but whether it's a muddy Welsh quarry or a dusty Eurocrag, you end up with a dirty back.
