As an evolution of the Rhino, Ceros minimises the risk of cross-loading. Easy to operate with one hand, and able to locate on the belay loop in a single movement, the Ceros is intuitive to use and simple to rack. Correct orientation is achieved with an internal wiregate that keeps the Ceros captive on a belay loop, and a horn which prevents assisted braking devices moving onto the carabiner’s spine. Full section top bar gives smooth rope control and resists wear.

Simple, durable, functional, safe

Getting recommended the ceros for the my belay device of choice was an amazing thing. The carabiner is safe and effectively blocks the belay device from crossloading without having to clip the device into the smaller loop like with other carabiner of similar shape. The screw lock means that I feel safe when it's locked. The fact that it locks into your harness' belay loop in the way that it does also amplifies the feeling of safety. Using this carabiner feels like no brainer. With it i feel safe and confident, so that I can focus fully on the climber. 10/10 recommended, will buy to climber friends for birthdays and holidays

Excellent belay biner

Since using the Ceros belay carabiner I can't imagine using a normal carabiner I can't imagine using a normal D or HMS carabiner for belaying. It's a brilliant bit of kit that saves those sometimes niggly problems of your belay biner spinning into awkward or bad positions. I love mine!

Fantastic and well thought out carabiner

Very confidence inspiring carabiner that has great intuitive design and adds additional safety. Really well made as youd expect from DMM and cant recommend highly enough.
