Pablo Scorza is a Brazilian physiotherapist and one of the most sought-after climbing health specialists in the world. Born in Brazil in 1978, he trained as a physiotherapist in 2000, specialising in posturology, exercise physiology, manual therapy and psychoneuromotricity, drawn to the profession by his own experience of postural problems as a young person. Climbing became his laboratory, a way to better understand how the human body moves, and in 2007 a chance meeting with Spanish climber Dani Andrada at a São Paulo gym changed his life completely. Invited to Spain as Andrada's personal physio, Pablo never looked back, eventually settling in the climbing village of Siurana in Catalunya where he has spent nearly two decades working exclusively with climbers, from beginners to world elites including James Pearson, Hazel Findlay, Edu Marin and Patxi Usobiaga. His guiding philosophy is simple: take care of your body, it's your most valuable climbing gear.
