Bombproof centre harness

This is the go-to harness for most centres. Very durable, very simple. The threadback means it's a lot less likely to loosen off with excessive movement such as highropes, gorge scrambling, sea level traversing. I have, however, been caught out when client adjusted their harness then didn't thread it back, so for crag days i go to the sidelock.
